Went walking over the Hathaway Bridge wtih my Lovely Daughter in Law... SMile! Scales says I gained 1 lb instead of steady or lose one... must've been that extra salad last night? I don't mind... 3 lbs lost in 3 days to start with is better than I've seen all year! I'm gonna do it this time!
