Worked very hard today, but I have yet to exercise and it is almost 9PM. REALLY don't want to. Cleaned most of the house today, straightened the garage, did laundry, and cleaned the yard up quite a bit. TIRED. Would it be terrible for me to just NOT workout tonight? I did workout yesterday after all, and I worked hard on the house all day today. Somehow I feel justified in not working out, especially since I will be working out first thing in the morning. Ok, it is decided. It's not happening. Done and done. I am, however, going to do some more laundry tonight, and straighten up, so there is little to do in the morning.
No migraines today.
Health is otherwise good still. I need a brief shower tonight and to do some more work, and then I should be good to go until the morning. I have a ton to do tomorrow, though, so I'll need to get started early!
