I've just been away for 5 days at a conference with amazing food...and with family time so was expecting to put some weight back on - so not a complete surprise - especially as no gym sessions either. I'm back on track from today so feeling okay. Mind you, I am a little miffed at the gain being over a kilo. I didn't go silly with the conference food but obviously it was likely high in carbs/fat. yum. and the family food was generally very healthy although did go out one night and had a rather large bowl of pasta and prawns which would have had a fair amount of olive oil/butter I assume.
Still ...normal life must go on.
84 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
