Up 2 lbs since Saturday but TOMT, too. Hopefully it's all extra water weight. Today is a fast day. Will try to chug a lot of water today to flush out my system. I want to hit my next mini-goal of 155.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
