Yet another good week and now back to a reasonable weekly weight loss. I cooked a beautiful keto indian chicken curry but forgot to take a picture before I ate it but have 3 more chances when I use the portions I froze. I am beginning to get the urge to cook and bake again so will try and remember to post pictures. Have a great week everyone. 🤗
