Down another lb after yesterday's fast. Now the challenge is not to overdo on the next two "normal" days
71.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're doing great. I logged on and was going to weigh in but my scale is dead. I need to pick up a battery. I know it's a bad sign when you avoid the scale. Keep up the good work.
