Aha, here we have the results in from the party ~ A successful gathering, and the scale did prove the point:)
Did an a*#kicking video last night (Jillian from Biggest Loser)...she almost made me puke! I was sweating (glistening), barely breathing, and by the end cussing her out "I hate you, Jillian" "You're freakin insane, Jillian" "Ouch, you're hurting me, Jillian"!!! It was painful & hilarious:)
But I feel ok about the brie now.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh, I don't think I could ever do Jillian's work out. I'd probably puke AND pass out. She is TOUGH. That is quite an accomplishment to be able to do her DVD. Congrats, to you.
