finally shifted some weight. I was wondering if something was physically wrong cos i was at pretty much the same weight for 4 weeks - i think it has helped getting back to gym classes. Phew!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
