Bread for me is like a sponge. one slice and I'll be up by 1.5 the next day 🧽 I also get big weight fluctuations depending on the stage of my cycle or periods of high stress (cortisol)

Yep! Definitely had carbs!
... And didn't drink water either.... And overloaded on coffee. Will try again without the carbs and coffee!
