Phew....finally on the way back down. I think the restart process is harder than when I originally started. Maybe because I know all the tricks now, and back then I was so careful to do everything right.

Anyway, four days in and already feeling better. Popped up and out of bet early this morning; I love that part about leaving sugar behind. No hangovers!
