Well, I guess LoseIt is working. My calories are super restricted, but I always new that the less I seem to eat, the quicker I lose weight. I was also a little upset yesterday so I had a hard time eating... I know that contributed.
Since Mike knows I'm doing this program (which he also lost a bunch of weight from and now he's hella thing) so he wanted to be supportive and showed me a pic of him when he was bigger... OMG he was a lot bigger than I anticipated! I couldn't imagine losing 45lbs and going from a 36" waist to a 30" waist!!! I'm super impressed.
I told him I send a pic when I was at my smallest... he said I had an hourglass still, but looked really tiny. I dunno what to think about that, but I also know that when I saw the picture I started crying for letting myself get this way again =( Talk about some serious motivation.
Even though I know it's gonna take a few months... I'll get there.
