I can't believe I have stayed the course with my conscious healthy choices. I am 100% sure I owe it to FS - you guys - THANK YOU! I was a crying mess when I joined b/c I was sure 'AGE' was claiming my body, and there was no way out. Well, by paying attention to what I've been eating(yea calendar), and exercising at least 3xweek(even if some are just yoga) - I have been bashing the cellulite (still plenty there, but it's MELTING...with lotsa water, like the wicked witch ~ evil cackle). And, I've been watching the scale SLOWLY get back to my 'happy zone';).
Today's notes ~ Sure glad the scales didn't reflect aunt flo too much this time - a miracle. i wonder if no wheat/dairy somehow changed the water retainage? oh, and I've been consuming much less wine when I do drink(3xweek vs.7;)). For my super-power sweet tooth, Cool Whip Lite is ok...but I do the water too. the end.
