yes, I also gained 6kg and now on loosing streak to get that down to start were I left off. Sometime your body gets use to a routine and start adjusting to it, maybe change to Intermittent Fasting for 2 weeks with lots of weight training and no cardio, you will be surprised you can get that 5kg and more down if you do it strictly.
