Well maintained for the 3rd week in a row..kind of getting frustrating. Yes, I am so so glad I didn't gain, but I have been working very hard and nothing seems to be giving. I guess the only way to deal with this is keep doing all the healthy eating and exercise routine and hopefully by some miracle the weight will start to come off soon.
Also a side note, we had a substitute leader at our meeting today due to the normal leader being on vacation..and I was not a fan at all. First, she rushed me through weigh in, ( there was only 1 person in line behind me) not even responding when I said " hello how are you"? Second when I told her I was frustrated she just told me to read book 10 about plaeatus...like I haven't read that 20 times already, where are the supportive words of encouragement? Thanks lady. And finally her meeting was long and boring, and I honestly have never been bored at my meetings. I was throughly disappointed. BIG DISLIKE! This was not the type of motivation I needed to help me through another frustrating week. Into a new week..with hopefully a better results then the past
