I know that I try to only weigh in once a week, but I was so discouraged at my last weigh in that I couldn't wait until next week. I knew that I had lost weight and wanted to see how much. 298 today. Yay. Under 300! Yay!
135.2 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations!! That is an amazing feeling! I used to weigh 368.. now I am aiming for the "yay under 200" mark! I've only been there once in my life! (well since 5th grade anyway). way to go!
