I've never gone 2 weeks in a row without a loss before. Don't want to give up my exercise which I've greatly increased but sure would like to see the scale drop!
Maybe next week...
71.7 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're probably eating about the same things...but you are not tracking your food, so I can't tell there. I can say from my own experience INCREASED exercise requires INCREASED protein and calories...or your system will stall and think it's in starvation mode. (just my opinion).

I stalled when I first started my exercise - for a month. I think my body was on catch up mode and I had built muscle in my legs which was heavy. Soon the muscle you have created will kick in and start busting some calories for you and you'll start up again!
