Been maintaining around 104 which is ok. I've decided my new years resolution is not try to lose but maintain . I'm going to try not to stress over what the scale says and remember how I've come along ways. I'm never going to be model perfect but I've loss 80 lbs and I'm not 56 inches around anymore . I'm half that size now. I'm 63 and I need to come to terms with all that and enjoy life. I don't want to go over 105 so I still need to watch calories but enjoy a few once in awhile too.
