I guess I was right that the weight I had gained was just water cuz it's gone already. Either that, or my Atkins style diet is back in high gear after a week off. I was up 7 lbs from my prior weigh in last friday, but now I am down 1 lb from that same weigh in. I really needed that today. Plus, I noticed some contouring in my torso... you can start to see the outline of the ab muscles on the side. And my pants are still too big.
