This past week I haven't been on very much. Couple my busy schedule (kid has something going on 4 days a week - lol) with the depressing news that my husband won't be home as soon as we were planning - and it crashed only my diet, but not my entire routine.
I've gained half a pound, which I guess isn't terrible, but I need to start picking up the pieces! That started yesterday. I got some walking in - and started to look at my husband's delay as a good thing.
Getting up now to clean, clean, clean!! Then, we have a soccer game this afternoon. Then when we get home I'm going to see if my neighbor wants to go take a walk.
On the bright note, I have gotten eating breakfast into my routine and will usually eat within 40 minutes of waking up. So it's baby steps....but I'm happy to at least be making that a habit. :-)
