today I did 40 minutes on the Wii Fit. Did my strength excersises, my aroebics which included basic step, beginner and advanced boxing, and today I increased my free run from 10 min. to 20 minutes running a total of 2.43 miles. Also went outside and played some ball with the kids.
85.4 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
