Noticed that my weight never settles on one figure. Always going up and down throughout the course of the day. Sometimes it's higher in the mornings and sometimes it's lower. Same goes for the last minutes of the day as well.

At a certain time of day, there is a short time frame where it seems to stabilise.

Obviously it's because of eating and drinking and how active I am and so on, but even when doing basicly nothing, eating and drinking minimal during some days, it does the same.

So if you are trying to lose weight, don't feel bad about it if you weigh in and it's not what you were hoping for.

The same goes if you are trying to gain weight.

No matter how strict you follow your diet and workout routine, there will always be a point where you feel that you haven't given it your all.

Don't be too hard on yourself.
Don't get obsessed with your future physique either, because then you will look past what you are achieving already.

If you weigh in first thing after waking up in the morning and see that extra 2 or 3 kgs, or see you have lost 2 or 3, like my case for example, then turn it into a positive and say, "today I do one more set of each" or "today I do lighter weights but higher reps and control my form".

Don't get disappointed if no one comments or compliments you, because it matters what you think of yourself. People will be talking and gossiping about your success when you least expect it.

So hang in there, look what's in front of you today and take your time.

YOU WILL GET THERE!!
76.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.3 kg a Week
