Today I am starting again and I am going to use my WW weigh in for today. The WW girls and I are starting a new challenge. 20 in 20. Our goal is to lose 20 lbs in 20 weeks. There is a little less than 15 weeks until Hannah's wedding, so my goal is more like 20 in 15!
When I started losing, I wanted to make my goal before the wedding. Well, I've pretty much ruined that...
Since my goal is 120-125, there is no way that I can go from 156.4 to 125 in 15 weeks. That would be almost 2.1 lbs a week. I am going to track EVERYTHING starting today. I have to start planning again or I will fail. I have class tonight and afterwards, I'll be going shopping.
