It's amazing the power of breast feeding...the only problem is I am ALWAYS hungry!!

91.5 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg. Still to go: 21.2 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

I breastfeed my 8 sons so know how you feel. only thing I used do was drink warm or hot water, More relaxing and a bit more filling than cold, Good luck with it, Worth it in the end. and if thats not working, brush yr teeth, It does work
