Super powerful workout yesterday (back and legs) and can almost hit my target of 405# for 6 reps on rack pulls! I ate in a slight deficit, so this weight will wither and fade soon.
However, even though I'm working today as a bus driver, this will be an easy day 🤞🏻. All the overtime money from this day alone will cover all my Christmas shopping!
