ugg, diet went well yesterday until i got the late night munchies at 2am... grrr, gotta break that awful habit, but i just get so ravenous!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Do you watch Biggest Loser? That's what was happening to the kid from Oklahoma (did he win I can't remember lol) anyway. He would go out with friends and stay up late and after having healhty meals all day, he would blow it with late night binging. Why are you up that late? I try to eat a spoonful of peanut butter and a glass of nonfat milk in the late evening if I eat anything after dinner. Try to concentrate on foods that are high in protein and low in carbs for those late night snacks! Or GO TO BED lol!
