Well, I couldnt stay away that long. I guess Im addicted. Atkins induction really threw me for a loop this time around. I thought I would go off the deep end fast! Im not giving up..just changing things up a bit. Its been years since Ive done South Beach. Maybe I can stick to this program for more than ....oh...a week! The best treat of all? A skinny cafe mocha from Starbucks :) That and adding nuts and beans to my diet oughta do the trick. Now to dust off my old South Beach book and refresh myself. Im familiar with the changes in the past years too. But..does anyone know the limit to cheese eaten/day? OHHH And has anyone here heard of bean cake and tried it and liked it??? Apparently its the best!
