I just weighed myself on the Wii Fit, which is pretty accurate and I have gone down to 188.5. I am ecstatic, I have been stuck between the 189 and 190 for so long now.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
