Ini baru namanya bb stuck 😂 dah sebulan lebih disini. 2 minggu trakhir kal 1200-1500 dengan kardio 2-3x seminggu 1 jam, strenght training 2-3x seminggu 2 jam-an di gym. Hampir tiap hari ada fun food misal brownies 80gr. protein di 70-100gr. Fat mass berkurang 0,4kg masa otot naik lagi sekitar 0,4kg (akhirnya yah..) gak keberatan sih bb stuck, asal fat mass nya turun terus aja itu dah seneng banget. Skrg sudah di 26,7% bodyfat
