Ahhhh... superbowl weekend did me in and I enjoyed every minute of it. Had copious amounts of carbos, protein, fat, and sodium. Not to mention lots of cold beer, cognac, whiskey, and maybe a shot of rum if I remember right.
I think I'm fighting another cold now, but it's not hitting me as bad as the last one, so today it's back on. Besides, I'm looking and feeling pretty pudgy, so the bad fun's over!
It's on like Donkey Kong!

haha ya. Well, even tho my team lost, it was still a damn exciting game! My throat's a little sore from all yelling at the tv I did haha! And damnm you're right... don't you worry. 2 months and i'll be back down!

try some emergen-c to helps kick that colds butt. Works every time! I am sure lots of other people in the challenge did the same thing though.

I didnt have any last night, so I downed 1500mg of vit C. I do feel a little bit better today. Although I'll still hit the trails after work and get my sweat on. So far so good despite the scratchy throat >=)
