300g drop since last weigh in 2 days ago.

How often should one weigh oneself? Once or twice a week?

Happy dropping everyone!!
73.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it's up to you and what you want to get out of it. some people prefer a scheduled weekly weigh in. I weigh daily. even if I don't necessarily log each weight. I like to use it as a way of understanding how my body responds to different foods or other factors (hormones, water etc etc). the thing with weighing daily is that you need to be at peace with the fact that some days the scale will show higher numbers than other days because it reflects more of the natural fluctuations that our bodies go through on a daily basis. so in short. it's up to you and what you want out of your process.
