Exercise consists of various oddball things. I run around the kitchen, lifting heavy objects. I walk about a mile a day with a 20lbs weight (my son). There are a lot of hills. I lift... Bricks and branches mostly. I pull grape vines from trees, dig, etc. But, by far, my favorite is cardio. My cardio is dance. I've had a hard time getting back into it since a car crash while I was pregnant. My hip has been pretty bad most of the times when I move a lot. But I decided that I need to find a way to let loose at the end of the day. Teething is hell! I've missed this. Put on some headphones, do dishes and prep for the next day, and just dance like I've drank half a bottle of tequila (that's really all I ever wanted to do when I drank). I need a damn pole.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
