Because on Saturday I did have 2 bites of a carnitas taco, some baken-ets(chicharon) only a few, and on Sunday I did have about a tablespoon of homemade chicken spread w/ my salad and a cup of diet soda. I put reasonably well. The rest of the time I did do the phase 1 %100. So I would have probably lost a bit more except I did mess up. But i'm on track eating right and exercising. I'll probably skip exercise tomorrow cuz I think I pulled a hamstring this morning stretching and the innerside of my shins are hurting I don't know why either I was fine up until the day before yesterday. So YAY FOR ME, I did lose a few lbs and I'm happy to see me back into the 140's so far :) SO TODAY I START PHASE 2 I can finally have my coffee back! YUMMY *
