I’ve been eating a lot more veggies. Not feeling hungry at all, keeping up with my workouts. Managing my stress with meditation and yoga. A coworker stopped by yesterday with a treat from 85 degrees to celebrate our workvessary. It was my fav Hokkaido cheesetart. It smelled so yummy! I thanked her and told her I was going to save it for dessert with dinner. I wound up giving it away. I used to not have the self control to do that. The old me would’ve eaten the 300-400 cal dessert, eat another 1200 cal for dinner bc I already blew it and blame her for my lack of self-control. 🤪🤪🤪 I know. I love me now, I will only eat what I want and at that moment I wasn’t hungry for my fav dessert.
