6:45AM lowest so far since my weight loss journey! I was 47kgs when I met my hubby, bumped up to a healthy 60kgs when I got married... fast forward 4 years, two miscarriages, countless meds, ops, picked up a good 30kgs... was at my heaviest a month ago before using this app and today I’m down to 73.3kgs...down 6 kgs. slowly taking myself back! Self care is sooo important. Soon I’ll be 60 again 😬 watch this space!
73.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
