Today marks week 3 of trying to eat healthier, being more conscious of what I eat and drinking more water. Both myself and hubby have been dropping weight at a nice steady rate! Can’t wait to see what the next three weeks have installed!! Total loss for the 3 week s is 5.7kgs 🙌🏽🙌🏽
