3hari kalap makan yg berminyak (cireng, otak-otak dll) dan naik lagi.. gpp hany gpp tenang jgn stress pasti bisa turun lagi, jadi tau kalo mkn apa aja yg buat tubuhku cepet naik, masih tahap mengenali tubuh sendiri.. semangat clean food dan inget defisit kalori. semangaaaaaat.
