Official weigh-in this morning - I broke the 10 kg barrier.
I am feeling very motivated for the week that lies ahead and I resisted the temptations of weekend spoils. As hard as it was to stick to my diet this weekend, I am super proud of myself and nothing could have tasted as good as the accomplishment that I feel today. I was also stuck in a bit of a slump last week Wednesday - Saturday where the scale did not want to budge... But in the end, hard work really does pay off.
To everyone: have a great week, and just keep doing what you need to do. If you fall off the wagon, get back on. If it gets difficult, try and stick it out because it will be worth it. And whatever your goal is, don't give up!! You are good enough, and you can do this.
