Day 28 /90 of my own personal challenge..im feeling super happy with my weigh in today, but must be reminded i still have a ways to go!
Goals are to: Eat Clean, Drink lots of green tea & water, Hit up 90 minutes of bikram yoga & lower the amount of carbs i am taking in to ensure that i get through this week without any discouraging weight gain. My weekend is starting to get more and more jam packed and so i need to start thinking about it now and how i wont be over indulging during these social events that i am partaking in. Plus the man friend is home making it even more of a challenge to stay on track....
