How do you calculate how many carbs, protein and fat per day you should be having within your calorie allowance?
138 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Check what body type you are on the site then check the percentages you should have of each

Depends which diet you follow. Low Carb should be 40-70% Fat, 15 - 30% Protein and Carbs as low as possible 15-30%. For Keto ( Banting) no more than 20-30g of carbs

Jodi thanks, checked it out, but the notes below say the results are skewed if you are obese. I know im obese III

Hey Fat Mike ! I have never heard of data being screwed ... if you put in your data, your macros are calculated according to your height, weight and activity level. Try it !! (At least get an idea ) good luck 👍🏻

@Jodi. I did try it, and continued reading the paragraph under the macro results. Thats where i saw the say the results can be skewed in obese people. Here is link https://healthyeater.com/flexible-dieting-obese
