Make sure you taking water throughout day. 3 litres. Check macros. Stick to calorie intake. You doing everything right, let it play out, dont stress too much

@Fat mike's thats so so true... last week i consumed less then 750ml of water a day. And my weight went up... the moment i started drink atleast 1L a day. I droped 700g... water really really helps alot.

In settings it does it own calculation. Do you mind pointing me in the right direction to reduce it to the number as advised by my dietician.
