Wow! After a week of birthday celebration (all you can eat curry, Chinese, hot dogs, cake etc etc) I was expecting a good 4 or 5 pounds. I'll probably see an increase next week too now. But I can get back to healthy eating Monday and I'll be walking again from Wednesday. Might have to double my usual route 😂
