I am down one pound today. I think I may change to once a week weighing. I feel like I am getting a little obsessive about weighing.
140.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good job on the 1lb. Sometimes it is hard not to weigh-in just to see what those scales have to say....I personally can't weigh more then once a week because I find that I start letting the scales take over my thinking ...and really they are only a tool. Again, good job:)
