Thank you. Didnt want to go on the scale but it's fine. Did healthy shopping for the week and will cook today. Step one of the journey...tick

You're winning! Doesn't really matter what the scale says because you are on your journey and it winds back and forth. I have to get on the scale later after my disasterous week... Truth will also come out but I don't care: this is for my health and a number WONT get me down!
