Another great day! I did have a few more cookies than I should have though.. I think Ill weigh next on Saturday.. Id love to be less than 127, but Ill take even the same weight. I know TOM is coming on Monday..or around then...at least its supposed to. And my last weighin for a while will be Saturday. THe day or two before TOM, as of late anyhow, have been very scale-friendly.
I do absolutely no exercise. I know..Im a bum. I do have a nice upright bike but have no desire to ride it. It surely didnt help that I read weight loss is 90% nutrition and 10% exercise...meaning caloric intake is usually more important to weight loss than caloric expenditure by way of exercise.
I mean..I could walk 1/2 hour and burn 200 calories..or I could cut out 200 calories of food.. I guess Im not bothering with calorie counting now, since I am losing weight. I do understand the importance of toning and muscle building..Im just too dang lazy to do anything about it now.
