하도 걸어서 다리가 단단해지는 중ㅋㅋㅋ 자전거까지 타대니 몸무게는 늘었을거라 예상했었다. 식단이 흐트러진 날엔, 그 시간부터 다시 16:8을 했으니 이건 근육무게여야만 해. ㅋㅋㅋ
