Hallelujah! A "Diet Followed 100%" day (expelling a BIG sigh of relief)! Not only did I accomplish all of my WOE goals, but I did my PT exercises AND extra housework, but I did everything else on my Daily To Do list -- did my Bible reading and listening to Christian music, took care of my string bean plants, did my skin-care regimen, etc. This was DAY ONE of the "old Debbie" being back! I'M BAAACKKK!!!
