This morning I'm hovering around 150 lbs, a drop of 1/2 to 1 lb. Amazing considering I wasn't as strong as I wanted to be last night, the pizza was just too good! I restricted myself to about 1 & a half slices, probably on the medium side. But worse was the hubby also bought chocolate cake! I SWEAR he's trying to sabotage me! I told him I might have a tiny piece later, so he brought me a not-so-tiny slice - GRRRR!!!! All I can say is I didn't eat all of it. So yeah, if my weight's down that's a good thing, that's a win! I spent about 40 minutes on the treadclimber this morning, and so far the calories are in a reasonable range, so hopefully tomorrow will still see around 150. I think I'm gonna do the 3-day wonder diet again next week, see if I can FINALLY get below 149.5! Tomorrow I'll lift weights again, and then do some aerobic-ish activity like swimming or mall-walking with my younger daughter. Progress!
