My best advice is to remain consistent. I had/have the same issue, but in reverse (everything I lose seems to come from my upper body, while my thighs and butt refuse to give up anything). Where we lose fat from is basically driven by genetics, and as frustrating as it is, it won't change. I had to just keep focused and keep doing what I was doing. Eventually, the leg fat has started coming off (very slowly), enough to notice a difference. I'm still not where I want to be, but getting there, cm by cm. All the best!!

I do a boxing style workout three times a week and it has definitely worked my belly off... check out iamromeo_pt on Instagram if you want to see some videos... it definitely has done the trick for me

Thanks shereen. I fight with people at work all day I am sure if I start boxing them I am going to loose my belly in no time at all 😂. On a serious note thanks I will check it out

So I know this is controversial but I have found that waist training helps with the belly. I literally have a flat belly (and all my insides are fine) I wear my trainer during the day at work and always when I work out. It’s really helped me. When I first got it, I used the first section to clip and today I couldn’t wear it because it was too loose on the last clip. It really helped me.
Also I don’t wear it every single day!
Good luck 😁

Focus on getting enough sleep, protein with every meal and consistent calorie deficit. Our gut is unfortunately the area where fat loss takes the longest to show.

I second @escapistArt, it's all about consistent. I have been on this journey since Aug 2018 but I only started seeing the difference on my waistline a month ago. The fat is not completely gone but I can see some change😄.
