adefwebserver Appreciate that. Thank you. I started to think along the lines of 'Lighter body=Lighter meals', and stareted speculating on how to reduce the meals. May or may not have to go there. We'll see. Currently do 650 grams of protein foods a day, plus one egg. May have to go to 600 grams in June. Hope to get to 160 before July. July will probably be more muscle-up orientated. Really have no idea. Never been lean. At pre-teen I think I was at current weight.
