Gone up a lb but considering I’ve been off fat secret for at least a month and stress eating because of uni deadlines, I’ll take that. It could be much worse 😂
97.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
